1. Who we are
FreeSnap (freesnap.app) is operated by FreeSnap, a company registered in Egypt, Egypt ("we", "us"). Contact: see the website footer. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. The service
FreeSnap is a software-as-a-service tool for freelancers. It monitors public project listings on Arab freelance marketplaces (such as Mostaql, Nafezly, Kafiil, Bahr and Elharefa), emails you the projects that match the filters you set, and shows market statistics and information about the competition on projects. You apply to projects yourself, on the marketplace where they were posted; we do not apply, bid or communicate on your behalf, and we do not sell or broker freelance services.
FreeSnap is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these marketplaces. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe where listings come from. Your use of each marketplace remains subject to that marketplace's own terms.
3. Accounts
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. You must be at least 18 years old, give a valid email address you control, and keep access to it secure. One account per person; do not share your account.
4. Plans, payment and renewal
The Free plan costs nothing. The Pro plan costs US$9 per month, plus any applicable tax. Current prices and features are on the pricing page.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account (Billing → Manage subscription) or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep Pro features until then. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry it; if it cannot be collected, your account returns to the Free plan. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email of any price increase, which applies from your next renewal.
5. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell, republish or redistribute data from the service in bulk; scrape, crawl or automatically extract data from FreeSnap; use information from the service to harass, spam or contact freelancers or clients outside the marketplaces' own channels; attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems without authorisation; or use the service in breach of any law or of a marketplace's terms. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Information about freelancers and clients
The service shows information that freelancers and clients have published publicly on the marketplaces (for example public display names, public profile statistics, public reviews and public project listings). Freelancers can ask us to exclude their information from our analyses and public pages by writing to us; see the Privacy Policy.
8. Accuracy
We validate the data we collect and publish statistics only when there are enough records, but listings, budgets and statistics come from third-party websites and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Alerts may be delayed or missed if a marketplace changes or blocks access. The service does not guarantee that you will win projects or earn income. It is provided "as is" and "as available".
9. Intellectual property
The FreeSnap software, design, text and compiled statistics belong to FreeSnap. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own freelance work while your account is active.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including lost projects, income or data), and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or stop the service with reasonable notice; if we stop the service, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email at least 14 days before they apply.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and disputes are subject to the courts of Egypt, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory laws of the country where they live. These terms are published in English and Arabic; if they differ, the English version governs.
